What is massage?

At GenerateShen Wellness, we often use massage in conjunction with acupuncture and cupping to optimize healing.  Our therapists are highly skilled and trained in medical massage, which includes tui na, myofascial release, stretching, traction, and cupping to help promote the circulation of blood and lymph in your body. We also offer prenatal massage. We consult with you to address your individual needs and always make sure that the massage pressure is to your comfort level.
